Town of Front Royal Electric Department employees Preston Toms and Hunter Partlow were busy Monday, hanging holiday wreaths up and down historic Main Street.
Mr. Toms, who has been employed by the town for four years, said all the wreaths would be installed by day’s end. Mr. Partlow, a two-year veteran of the electric department, said he enjoyed making the town look festive for the holidays.
